VMAP Guidebook
The Virginia Mental Health Access Program Guide for Promoting Child and Adolescent Behavioral and Mental Health in Primary Care (VMAP Guidebook) is a compilation of evidence-based practices, up-to-date resources, and practical knowledge specifically geared towards pediatric and adolescent health care providers. RC3 Associates provided project management and editorial leadership on this project.
Virginia Telemental Health Initiative
The Virginia Telemental Health Initiative (VTMHI) expands access to timely and appropriate telemental health services by collaborating with Virginia's free and charitable clinics and mental health providers who are in the process of meeting their licensure requirements. RC3 Associates managed program conceptualization, development, and infrastructure, creating a first-of-its-kind statewide virtual free clinic and workforce development program. Robin serves as deputy advisor.
Benchmarking State of Telehealth in Virginia
As part of ongoing efforts to monitor the impact of telehealth on Virginia’s patients and providers, the Virginia Telehealth Network (VTN) conducts an annual “Benchmarking Telehealth Usage in Virginia” survey of actively practicing licensed providers across the Commonwealth. This research effort is designed to help us better understand Virginia’s current and future needs with virtual care.
Virginia Medicaid Telehealth Resource Guide
Telehealth provision has dramatically changed over the past few years. Administration of care and best practices for telehealth are continuously evolving. Both workflows and billing processes and revisions to policies for Medicaid and contracted MCOs are ongoing. This document is a summary of resources available at the time of this writing and is not intended to replace guidance from DMAS or from any of the contracted MCOs.
